Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsible business

This policy explains how RAEVOS LLC handles information for https://raevoshealth.com, Early Access email updates and related business communications. It does not describe the separate authenticated RAEVOS platform's account, health or protocol data flows. Those services require their own applicable privacy information before use.

2. Information involved

Early Access signup asks for your email address only. The email address and consent request are sent directly to Klaviyo with the signup source and target-list information. Klaviyo processes subscription/confirmation status, consent records and unsubscribe/suppression records associated with the email feature. RAEVOS currently uses Klaviyo to process the Early Access mailing list and does not currently maintain a separate custom subscriber database for this signup.

When enabled for a message, Klaviyo may also process email delivery and engagement information, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. Campaign links may include tracking parameters used to understand email performance. These engagement signals are separate from your marketing-subscription status.

The Early Access form does not ask for or send health, medical or protocol information, date of birth, a phone number or payment information. Do not submit health information through the signup form.

Ordinary website connections involve technical request information, such as an IP address, requested resource and browser/request details, processed by the hosting and network infrastructure used to deliver and protect the website. These are separate from the information requested in the email signup form.

If you contact us by email, we process the contact details, message and related email information you provide to respond to your communication. Please avoid sending sensitive health information that is not needed for your request.

3. Purposes

We use the email feature for Early Access, launch announcements, major product updates and occasional Early Access news, and to manage consent and unsubscribe choices. Website infrastructure supports site delivery, availability and security. Business communications are used to respond to questions and applicable privacy requests. We do not sell personal data.

Joining the email list does not create a RAEVOS account, purchase a subscription or guarantee private-beta access.

4. Double opt-in and unsubscribe

The Early Access list uses double opt-in. Submitting the form requests email-marketing consent; you must confirm through the confirmation email before you are treated as subscribed. The website's accepted-request message does not mean confirmation is complete.

You can unsubscribe through the link in marketing emails, including supported one-click unsubscribe. Marketing emails identify RAEVOS and contain our physical postal address. Unsubscribe stops marketing sends; limited consent and suppression records may still be retained to document and honor your choice.

5. Service providers

Klaviyo processes the Early Access email requests, subscription/consent and suppression records, and delivers confirmation and marketing emails on our behalf.

Cloudflare provides public-site delivery and DNS infrastructure. Ordinary connection and request information passes through that infrastructure to deliver the website and support its security. This policy does not claim a particular provider log-storage period or an additional analytics service.

Google Workspace processes business email communications where that service is used for our email, including messages and ordinary email-routing information. This is a business-communications flow, not a separate field in the Early Access form.

We may disclose limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request, protect rights and security, or address disputes. Any new use or provider that materially changes these public data flows requires corresponding review and disclosure; describing a separate future product does not authorize that data collection here.

6. Browser functionality

The website uses browser functionality for navigation and presentation, such as session state for route focus or optional presentation effects. The Early Access signup does not load a marketing tracking SDK or use browser storage as a subscriber database. Public-site fonts are served locally. This policy does not represent that third-party email providers have no technical data of their own.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, site security, legal or compliance needs, disputes and enforcement of unsubscribe/suppression choices. Limited consent and suppression records may remain after unsubscribe or a deletion request where needed for those purposes or permitted or required by applicable law.

Unsubscribing stops marketing messages; it does not automatically delete all related data. We assess deletion requests under applicable law and the retention purposes above. Separate authenticated-platform data is not covered by this landing's retention description.

8. Privacy requests and choices

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. These may include requesting access, correction or deletion of personal data, withdrawing consent, objecting to or restricting processing, or receiving a copy of information where the relevant law applies.

Send requests or questions to legal@raevoshealth.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify a request and respond as applicable law requires. Some information may need to be retained for the purposes described above. This policy does not assert that RAEVOS is a covered business under every state privacy law, and it does not state that RAEVOS sells personal data.

9. Adults and children

The website and Early Access email system are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the public Early Access system from children where prohibited by law. If you believe a child has submitted information improperly, contact legal@raevoshealth.com so we can review and take appropriate action. The signup form does not collect a date of birth or represent that it verifies age.

10. Security

RAEVOS uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when public website/email practices or applicable obligations change. The effective/last-updated date identifies the current version. Material changes to data use will be disclosed before activation, with additional notice or consent where applicable law requires it. Future authenticated-platform features will have a separate legal/privacy review rather than being treated as already active through this policy.
