RAEVOS LLC operates https://raevoshealth.com. These Terms cover this public website, its educational and product information, and its Early Access email signup. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

This public website does not require an account to view, process payments or sell paid subscriptions. Signing up for email updates does not create a RAEVOS account, guarantee an invitation or give you immediate private-beta access. Any separately authenticated RAEVOS platform is governed by its own applicable terms and privacy information, not by an assumption that its features are available on this website.

2. Intended audience

This website and Early Access email updates are intended for adults age 18 and older. Do not submit an email signup for a child or for another person without authorization. We do not represent that the signup form verifies your age.

Subject to any non-waivable rights concerning jurisdiction or venue, disputes concerning this public website may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
