Science
Evidence, as graded.
A five-level scale, a written rationale behind every grade, and a record that says where the evidence runs out.
The scale
Five levels, four in use. Counts from the 61 graded compound records; unreviewed foundation records show as insufficient and are not counted here.
- Strong
Phase 3 randomized controlled trial data.
14 of 61 compound records
- Moderate
Human studies, at a smaller scale.
12 of 61 compound records
- Limited
Small human studies, or robust preclinical work.
9 of 61 compound records
- Preliminary
Animal or cell studies only.

- Insufficient
Inadequate evidence, or active safety concerns.

Graded by use
Per application
28 of 61

Conflicting findings
6 records
list dissenting studies, kept on the record.
Human evidence
17 records
have no human studies on file. The grade says so.

A change is a new version, not a silent edit.

Dated
The date the evidence was last reviewed.
Review status
61 of 61 pending
Every compound record is currently pending review.
Uncertainty
No evidence is not evidence of no effect. An insufficient grade means the evidence isn’t there, or safety concerns outweigh it. RAEVOS doesn’t turn a missing answer into a negative one, or a positive one.
Boundaries
No dosing advice
RAEVOS doesn’t recommend a compound, a dose, a stack or a schedule.
A grade is not a safety rating
A strong grade describes the evidence for a use, not whether it is safe for you.
